The key to solving this message is in the numbers at the end of each line. These numbers appear in groups of three and they correspond to the page number : line number : and word number of the referenced text. Using this key, the following words are derived:
Line 1: THREE
Line 2: KING
Line 3: ONLY
Line 4: WAS or COMMANDED (depending on how one counts a partial word -EG)
Line 5: THE
Line 6: WISE
At this time the Foundation believes that the correct ordering of these words is:
